Northfield Manor was converted from a former nurses home in 1987 to provide a high standard of residential care. Northfield Manor is situated on the North Eastern edge of Driffield, a busy market town with good road and rail links to the coast and major cities such as Hull and York. It stands in its own grounds with mature trees, flower beds, borders and raised beds which are accessible to wheelchair users. Additionally there are two ornamental fish ponds. Gardens are accessible to all residents.

We value each and every individual who comes to live or stay at Northfield Manor and welcome people from all walks of life and encourage residents to share in the rich diversity of their lives experience.

All residents can be assured that their individuality, privacy, dignity and their full range of rights, including their right to choose will be honoured and protected in an environment which is warm, secure, comfortable and happy.

We have Care Managers on duty 24 hours a day who also work closely with district nurses and MacMillan nurses. We hold the Positive about Disabled People Symbol, which is evidence of our commitment to equality of opportunity.

Within Northfield Manor we have Rose Garden. In Rose Garden we support people who are living with a dementia. We aim to provide a homely environment where occupation and activity are an integral part of the care and support we provide.

At Northfield Manor we aim to provide the best quality care to the individual with warmth, security, dignity, respect and choice in a homely environment. We carry out a full assessment of individual needs before an individual is admitted to the home to ensure we are able to meet those needs.
